Planning permission was obtained for the demolition of a garage formerly occupying the site and the construction of a modern two storey (plus basement) house.
Challenging planning restrictions were overcome to maximise the potential of the site. The resultant house is of a minimalist style, all specified, detailed and overseen by Morehen Architects.
